What to expect

Sealing follows a clean once the roof is dry. A clear sealant keeps tiles even in colour and slows regrowth; roof paint restores faded tiles and protects iron from rust. We name the products on the quote, mask the walls and gutters, and check the flashings and ridge caps while we are up there.
